Fitness Training Camps

Fitness Training Camps run for one hour, four days a week for eight weeks.  Strength and aerobic condition will improve by five to ten times your current condition.  Want results?  Join the Camp.

Private Lessons
If you want
private lessons in any of the fighting arts, weapons or just simply trying to
drop a few pounds, personal lessons are for you. These private lessons are
just what they say, one on one. You will have dedicated time directly form
Lou throughout the entire lesson.
