Individual
Self-Defense Training Programs
The ISDTP'S
is a system design to teach self-defense to individuals in a
very short time. The course requires twenty hours of
training. The individual need not to be a well conditioned
athlete or require any prior knowledge or experience in any
martial art. The program is simple to do and
understand. The program lacks nothing. The
program addresses every thing needed for a complete package
in self defense..
The program
works through specialized drills developed by DTS.
Hours were spent analyzing a separating all aspects of
Boxing, Kickboxing, Kicking, Ground-Fighting and numerous
martial arts systems to provide the most functional and
useful program available today. There is no other
school that can provide this to you.
There are five
specialized programs available.

Kickboxing, Men or Women - 20 Hour Course |

2. Boxing, Men or Women - 10 Hour Course |
| 3.
Kicking, Men or Women - 8 Hour Course |
| 4.
Ground-Fighting - 10 Hour Course |
| 5.
Street Self-Defense for Men or Women - 20 Hour
Course |
Do all, or pick the one
program that is right fro you and complete the course in
twenty hours or less. These courses are taught
one-on-one, or in a group. Children must be twelve
years or older.
This is not to good to
be true. This is the real deal, no nonsense, just
